Monter One-Year U.S. Limited Warranty

MONTER ONE-YEAR U.S. LIMITED WARRANTY

Monter watches purchased from Monter Watches USA are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

WHAT IS COVERED

This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the watch movement, case, dial, hands, crown, pushers, and other watch components.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Monter Watches USA will, at its discretion, repair or replace the watch or defective component at no charge.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

• Battery replacement or normal battery depletion
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage resulting from use
• Normal wear to the bracelet, clasp, or other external components
• Damage caused by accident, impact, misuse, improper handling, or neglect
• Water damage resulting from use beyond the watch’s stated water-resistance rating or improper operation of the crown or pushers
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repair, modification, or service

BATTERY

The battery is a consumable item and is not covered by the one-year warranty.

However, every Monter Flyway should arrive fully operational. If your watch arrives with a non-functioning battery or experiences a battery-related failure within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will make it right. After 30 days, battery replacement is considered routine maintenance and is the responsibility of the owner.
